media updates, studio updates....& how are you doing?

Lena Birgesson av Birgesson Media is our brilliant PR lady, this is our very first article in the swedish media, although it is a inflight magazine....but it is really frequented & environmentally conscious airline.

Being a prudent air traveller i must say that they do have a very simple effective approach to air travel.

FENG SHUI.....is WORK

i come from a family filled with Feng Shui Masters...like for real.

growing up...i hate it & think it's a nightmare but now that i am all grown up, i have tremendous respect for this art & try my very best to consider & follow their advice.

season change,energy shifts....finding harmony & sculpting it in a dynamic force is challenge.

in asia, when a feng shui master tells you to change or do physical renovation...you just do it. cheap material & labour allow that to happen.

here renovation or change of mind costs me money...like loads!

when we decided to change the light switch from inside the hotroom to the wall outside...it costs us 6000kr....

yes....i should have been an electrician...yoga business is not as lucrative:(

la musica....

i love music & art....i cannot live without rhythm or a tune in my head...i love love ethnic music!

so i try my very best to share my passion with all. music gives you the flow of prana in a very strong way...like yoga...the joy,energy is incomparable....i just LOVE it.

i am gonna buy an african drum & have it in the studio...so we can jam anytime!!!

wow, we have made it to the first quarter:) many ups & downs but we are here & here to stay!
it has becomes our tradition to end our practice with a dedication.
just to give us a mental & physical balance. to encourage generosity,compassion & peace.
physical & mental practice must be practiced hand in hand.

We are open 6days a week Monday to Saturday, 2 - 4 classes a day, 8 weeks of good health!!

Our first workshop ever, YOGA NIDRA by Yogi Charu, hands on, thorough approach and full of insight of how the body is truly a vessel of life.

Thank you to buddhas and angels that have been taking care of me, i am blessed with opportunities beyond believe. 

This is my second cover in my whole life, my first cover was when i was 19 and now at 39 i am bless with another one, yoga do take me places.

Life is full of surprise and opportunities, all to my favour both bad and  good i can only be thankful for all of it. I take it with a smile.
