YOGA FOR RUNNERS PART 2


Yoga for Runners is a class for all levels of fitness that needs a little bit of mobility & flexibility.
good for avid runners, do a lot of field sports, cyclist basically the tighter your hips & hamstring the more you need this 2 hours.

We've just added Moksha65, Saturdays @8.15-9.20

Added just for you who aren't able to attend Saturday class due to work!
