QUARTER to happiness!

reading up on yoga journals & doing all schedule for both the studio and my family schedule...looking through everybody's plans, changed and re changed...arrange & re arrange, it will never end.

i finally finding time go for a qualification seminar for Fysiska Aktivitet på Recept, that means if you are under försäkring för your injury rehabilitation, you'll be able to join us via FAR, things are happening all the time some were planned some just popped by like a meteor that landed spoofed out of no where but i'll accept it with an open arm.

planning another 30day challenge, this will be our 3rd challenge, looking at many challenges myself.......sometime in october last year i never thought i'd see March 2013, seemed a distance in a far away make believe land then but now it is here and it's looking brighter than ever, i must accept that it is as bright as i see it.

i am delighted.

fredrik came home and taught his first class and i thought....ok he is GOOD. he is not good because he is married to me he is good because he wants to be good. not in a million years i'd thought i 'll sit and hear him talking about THAT same thing i deal with everyday in class and out of class.
the puzzle is complete this is OUR studio along with 900++ sweaty peeps.

i am blessed.
