hello lovelies,
coming to the end of thw 2nd week of the MEGA 60day challenge...yippppeeee...this is probably the downer week, i must say! all things are just bläääääää.
but guess what? one needs to go down in order to come up! & you will. if not i'll drag you up.
rise above and enjoy the journey,sight,sounds & of course SWEAT.
when
doing the challenge a sense of panic & manic comes in as you
realised that YOU have committed to something and you unconsciously put a
kind of pressure to excel. the trick is to be part of the challenge NOT
the challenge:) you already excel when you turn up at the studio.
take one breath at a time and one day at a time, dont think of the number 60...you will go mad if you do.
think
of it as you are developing a habit, a practice that brings you to a
community that strive for the same common goal...WELLNESS.
another
thing that i noticed myself..is the level of energy...the tiredness,
the lack of motivation and the ever so I SO WANT TO CHEAT TODAY....is
so STRONG. blööäääääää but i know that this will pass. just keep doing
what you doing!
the other thing is that...food habit....i mean no matter how busy
you are..STOP....eat, drink and do them well. no skipped meals, take
supplements if you are eating poorly.
If your in my age, you are running out "things" in your system, so you got to really replenish your body.
