LET'S MARCH IT IN MARCH - UPDATES & HAPPENINGS



We are a year older, a year wiser and a year of great experience. Feeling like a real toddler....fumbling & tumbling at the beginning but as time goes the steps are getting stronger & sturdier.
So a marathon would fit the occassion perfectly. (nothing less)
5 classes back to back with our best line ups, we are also offering 100kr for first timers/new members.

i made a new word up VANDROGA.....do you know what it is? have you heard of it?

VANDRA + YOGA, a hybrid of wellness & happiness.
I love getting to know our members and see what they do best, we do have the coolest peeps sweating at our studio & one of them is Pål Axel :) Super Professor at the Biology Department, i mean the dude studies & do research on vegetation & soil microorganism....i so failed biology in school......i found boys but what he studies is so important to the ecosystem process and it also makes me google & read more about it. i go to sleep feeling kinda smart:)
My cultural challenge in Sweden is forest walk about.....the only walk about i do is shopping as i find it pointless to walk otherwise.
I figured that should change at some point...& when i offered Pål & he said yes...i thought PERFECT....+ it's a good idea to shop for a pair for good walking shoe. WIN WIN:)

EAT & SWEAT WELL


hello lovelies,

coming to the end of thw 2nd week of the MEGA 60day challenge...yippppeeee...this is probably the downer week, i must say! all things are just bläääääää.
but guess what? one needs to go down in order to come up! & you will. if not i'll drag you up.

rise above and enjoy the journey,sight,sounds & of course SWEAT.

when doing the challenge a sense of panic & manic comes in as you realised that YOU have committed to something and you unconsciously put a kind of pressure to excel. the trick is to be part of the challenge NOT the challenge:) you already excel when you turn up at the studio.


take one breath at a time and one day at a time, dont think of the number 60...you will go mad if you do.
think of it as you are developing a habit, a practice that brings you to a community that strive for the same common goal...WELLNESS.

another thing that i noticed myself..is the level of energy...the tiredness, the lack of motivation and the ever so I SO WANT TO CHEAT TODAY....is  so STRONG. blööäääääää but i know that this will pass. just keep doing what you doing!



the other thing is that...food habit....i mean no matter how busy you are..STOP....eat, drink and do them well. no skipped meals, take supplements if you are eating poorly.
If your in my age, you are running out "things" in your system, so you got to really replenish your body.
