LUND-HOTYOGA-ANDERS ROOS

i am ready to face the my obstacles....no matter how prepared you are you can never be too prepared!

but at least you tried....for that matter i'll keep trying....! so this is what happen when you trust the process and someone sees the potential in you and together we achieve this wonderful session of pure art & passion.
different path but exact same PASSION! Folks i present the ever so talented Mr Anders Roos!

just a few bloody good shots that he captured.....i had a blast! the idea is to make the studio a local haunt, with that we went around in Lund taking pictures in all the places that are Lund. There will be more of these photos for sure!!

many many years ago a fortune teller in Damansara told me that no matter how much i studied i will end up making money/living with my body/my hands as in using my physical abilities like dance, designs, making things or ideas....not by using what i learn thru text books or a savvy businesswoman **sigh**
well thank god i didn't spend 20 years studying neurons.......or eons! yoga is good enough for me!!

TYPE OF CLASSES

MOKSHA65,75 &95 - moksha series in different time duration are our staple yoga series. The series are made of 40 different postures practiced in heated room design to promote openess throught the hips and strength through the upper body while detoxifying your entire body.

HOT YIN - relaxing, fewer postures,mostly on the floor working thru deep muscle tissue,moving with the breath.The goal of yin is to minimize the use of muscle tension and to th strecth the fascia, the deep muscle tissue, the meridian highways of the body,to stimulate flow of energy. postures are held between 2-4mins each

MOKSHAFLOW*- moksha sequence is linked together with vinyasa flows. Class is always moving and it is set at a quicker pace than a moksha class. It so good for upper body toning & improving cardiovascular strength. All levels are welcome, thought this is NOT good for absolute *1st timer.
HOTyinyang - an eclectic mix between hard & soft, fast & slow, all postures are based on the moksha series but with a twist...& a few stretches. ALL LEVELS ARE WELCOME
Sivananda - Classic old skool yoga, complete serie with breath works,sun salutatuion, 12 Sivananda's Magical postures and the best part is Yoga Nidra, comes right at the end! ALL LEVELS ARE WELCOME

iFLO - our very own restorative flow style yoga & introductory to vinyasa/flow style yoga. This class focuses on listening to your breath, make soft transitions, learn to flow with breath,movement & containment. ALL LEVELS ARE WELCOME
