ello peeps!!

Maria & I are doing really well in Brazil...weather is exceptionally brilliant! we have been here for 2 weeks, half way mark & 2 weeks to go then home then the studio is open...so we stoked for sure.

i am missing home...after  sharing some visuals of the studio fr Maria Thisted...i really really want to go home!!!
CANNOT WAIT!

typical day for us here in the tropics are as such

5.30 up
6.30 asanas
8.30 brekkie
10.00 13.00 meditation /lecture
13.00 lunch
14.00-17.00 lecture/workshops
18.00 dinner
21.00 sleep

and it repeats over & over again until 13th Feb...

we will post some pictures & we will be in touch again!!

things are rolling...& it's rolling in the deep.
i am launching kids yoga to school & i want to make it work. we must catch up with the rest of countries like Canada & The US where yoga is part of their curriculum.
Swedish kids deserves the best....well all kids reserve the best...let's make it work!!!

2012.... new year new lease.

FIRST POST OF THE YEAR.

2012...finally came..i am ready for it. i know what i planned for but i have no clue how it's gonna be.
everyday i have been waiting for this, i've been planning both in my head & in my sleep.
many things are happening all at the same time....white noises i'd like to call it.
all the Skype classes i taught was just brilliant. I know more about human anatomy now than 20 mins ago. these ladies have taught me how to teach..period! i am so grateful.they just didn't realize it :) that they have helped me more instead of the other way around.
so here i am with my laptop working away, preparing,writing,planning & playing with my kids & realized how lucky i am. perseverance & hard work do pay.
i only have one motto this year...if anybody tells you NO, you say thank you & TRY AGAIN.
one NO means many YESes...so don't give up. Both in life & in your practice.
