yoga card tricks
easy meditation/quiet time
balance & coordination
breath awareness
*NO HEAT

The session is guided by Elise Krumholz, long time yoga practioner who is also certified RAINBOW KIDS YOGA (funnest kids yoga education on the planet) teacher!

ps. getting kids in Lund involve in yoga at a young age is totally the studio's goal (mine personally). The future of these kids will forever change, when the knowledge of how precious our body & mind is introduce at the forming years. they'll live like a king & queen as their temple is looked after! building up a healthy habit is like as natural as taking a breath for them.
