we had soooo much fun through out last week. 7 days,7 classes (or more),7 long & nice savasana.
when the idea of hot yoga lund came about i had nothing but to give lundabo the best of the best. i am sentimental like that, both my kids were born here, i 've gotten so much from this community & i am crazy lucky that i've all the others to hang out & be just as crazee:)
as i said on the grand finale, i/we really hope that you get to maximised your health and minimised your worry.
there will be more crazee challenges like this again for sure.
