When i see yoga challenge is always focused on physical & i look around and see how we are judged by how we look....but are we just physical?
is yoga just physical? i thought beauty comes from inside? from within....or?
so i thought hard about it & toy around with different ideas. I always want to offer something new, something original, vibrant & fun for the students in the studio.
Co incidently i met my old student & she had a dream about how her life should be part of an eco sound lifestyle and aloe vera came in the picture....how a simple plant could save lives and how we get the wholesomeness of life form the most basic things.
However if there is imbalance in the eco system we lose all these natural resources & like wise with our state of being...if we are out of balance, everything in & around us will fall apart.
So this challenge is about balance,wholeness, cleansing from inside out.

What is in Aloe?
The aloe vera plant is constructed with the basic building blocks of
life, including essential vitamins and minerals, proteins,
polysaccharides, enzymes, and amino acids. (Some people drink aloe vera
for physical endurance and stamina, instead of energy drinks!) The bulk
of the aloe vera leaf is filled with gel, which is approximately 99%
water. The other 1% contains over at least 75 known nutrients including
20 minerals, 12 vitamins, 18 amino acids, 200 active plan compounds
called phytonutrients, enzymes and of course, water.
Why Aloe Vera?
Aloe vera juice is a great natural aid to detox. With our stressful

SAVASANA?
Is a posture we do in the moksha series at the beginning,middle & end. It is intended to rejuvenate body, mind and spirit.
What happen in savasana?
Savasana or Corpse pose, completes the cycles. The
specific postures have lengthened the muscles surrounding the various
joints, stimulation nerve conduction and illuminating the chakras. The
inversion reconnect us to the parasympathetic nervous system. Now, it’s
to complete with deep relaxation.Theta brain wave patterns predominate in Savasana, with electrical activity oscillating and vibrating at frequency of 4-8 Hz. This state of brain function engages the intuitive unconscious mind, accessing seated memories and connecting to the collective unconscious. Healing occurs in this state. Deeper states of Savasana take the brain wave pattern into Delta (0.5-2 Hz. frequeny). This is the brain wave state of dreaming.”
