WHERE DID U GO?
Sat in my bed....went thru the list in my head of all of you who bought the challenge card...& i kinda wondered where some of you have gone? where are you?
I mean there's loads of you who continued & worked harder than ever...some.....i hv NOT seen you at all after the first day or 3 days....
The challenge is a chore and harder then you think....it is very common for your body to give in at the beginning & immune system could not cope with the body. The physical body will tell you when things are not in place but sometimes the psychological body is NOT translating it correctly thus it causes the physiology in the body goes into a havoc state.
Your body is an efficient fine tuned machine....it'll keep what it needs and flushes what it does not and it is very common that you get sick after a few days of daily practice.
Circulation starts to move, blockages removed. Your body is healing itself. You can carry crap for a long time...like really LONG time.
What i am saying is that TRUST that the body it will mend itself and you will be TUNED in again, just don't let the mind take over and finds excuses for you.
AND it is NEVER too late to jump back on the wagon again...COME.
APARIGRAHA week is starting today 25/2...and i am excited. ALL i want you to do is TRY, if it works it works and if it doesn't it doesn't...no big deal & don't get caught up MOVE ON :)

LESS is MORE
so we've DONE it...22days WOW.
You did not think you'll make it?? Of course you will...i & we the studio is so proud of you all.
Yoga teaches us to harvest endless focus & concentration and being able to enjoy it as long as it last.

Aparigraha is the Sanksrit word for greedlessness or non-grasping. It comes from the word parigraha, which means reaching out for something and claiming it for oneself; by adding the 'A' it becomes the antonym. Aparigraha, unlike Asteya, means taking what is truly necessary and no more.
I would like you to enjoy freedom, we humans tend to create a pattern or habit as we go along with our daily routine. We make one up as we go along...and it's NOT wrong...but we tend to make one too many which in the end creates limitation instead of an expansion.
let's TRY this for 7days and see what happen.
ps. be mindful and logical. ie. if you have runny nose & needs a tissue or cloth then it's fine:)

WE the studio WILL save at least 3 DROP IN spots via online booking.

WE save 3 spots specially for 1st TIMER/NEWBIE/NEVER BEEN TO THE STUDIO and these spots will be given away first come first serve basis to the ones who are standing in que when the studio doors open (30mins before)
