I must have faith in HOTNESS!

HOT or not TOO HOT is the question?

TYPE OF CLASSES

MOKSHA65,75 &95 - moksha series in different time duration are our staple yoga series. The series are made of 40 different postures practiced in heated room design to promote openess throught the hips and strength through the upper body while detoxifying your entire body.

HOT YIN - relaxing, fewer postures,mostly on the floor working thru deep muscle tissue,moving with the breath.The goal of yin is to minimize the use of muscle tension and to th strecth the fascia, the deep muscle tissue, the meridian highways of the body,to stimulate flow of energy. postures are held between 2-4mins each

MOKSHAFLOW*- moksha sequence is linked together with vinyasa flows. Class is always moving and it is set at a quicker pace than a moksha class. It so good for upper body toning & improving cardiovascular strength. All levels are welcome, thought this is NOT good for absolute *1st timer.
HOTyinyang - an eclectic mix between hard & soft, fast & slow, all postures are based on the moksha series but with a twist...& a few stretches. ALL LEVELS ARE WELCOME
Sivananda - Classic old skool yoga, complete serie with breath works,sun salutatuion, 12 Sivananda's Magical postures and the best part is Yoga Nidra, comes right at the end! ALL LEVELS ARE WELCOME

iFLO - our very own restorative flow style yoga & introductory to vinyasa/flow style yoga. This class focuses on listening to your breath, make soft transitions, learn to flow with breath,movement & containment. ALL LEVELS ARE WELCOME
